Step 1: Install Special Dates Smart Column
Click the button below to install the Special Dates Smart Column
Step 2: Go to the Desired Board
Navigate to the board where you want to add the Special Dates Smart Column
Step 3: Add Special Dates Smart Column
Select the column where you want the Special Dates Smart Column
Click the three dots (…) on the top right of the column header.
From the dropdown menu, choose Column Extensions.
Select the Special Dates Smart Column from the available options.
Step 4: Set the Smart SLA Status Column
Select the status column to monitor your SLA
Step 5: Set the Special Dates Smart Column
Item is created – Special dates column will trigger when a new item is created
Column is changed – Special dates column will trigger when a column value is changed
Item is moved to any group – Special dates column will trigger when an item is move
Status is changed to something – Special dates column will trigger when the status column value changes to a defined label

Once you’ve configured your preferences, click the Save button to apply the changes.
