Shipment Updates Not Coming Through? Here’s How to Reconnect Your Tracking ID

You’ve set up everything perfectly—couriers mapped, tracking IDs in place—and yet, your monday.com board isn’t updating the shipment status. You’re staring at stale data, wondering what went wrong… and when your team starts asking questions, you have no answers.

Why This Problem Matters

Without real-time updates, you’re flying blind. You can’t:

  • See the latest delivery status
  • Proactively manage delays
  • Keep customers or team members informed

And sometimes, all it takes to fix it is a simple refresh of your tracking ID.

How to Reconnect Your Tracking ID (It Only Takes a Minute)

  • Open your monday.com board

Go to the board where you originally set up TrackMy.

  •  Find the item with the issue

Look for the row (item) where tracking updates have stopped. Click into it.

  • Re-enter the tracking ID

In the tracking column, simply delete and re-enter the tracking number.

Pro tip: Even adding or removing a single character (like a space) and then undoing it can trigger the refresh.

What Happens Next?

Once you re-enter the tracking ID:

  • TrackMy will automatically reinitialize the connection
  • Your shipment status will update in real-time again
  • You’ll regain visibility and control over your delivery tracking
