Navigate to the board where you want to add the Copy Paste Smart Column
Select the column where you want the Copy Paste to appear.
Click the three dots (…) on the top right of the column header.
From the dropdown menu, choose Column Extensions.
Select Copy Paste from the available options.
Copy Values From: Select the columns you wish to copy data from. You can choose multiple columns and combine their values.
Select one of the following triggers to activate the Copy Paste column:
Item is created – Copy Paste will trigger when a new item is created
Column is changed – Copy Paste will trigger when a column value is changed
Item is moved to any group – Copy Paste will trigger when an item is move to any group
Status is changed to a specific value – Copy Paste will trigger when status is change to a specific value
After configuring your preferences, click the Save button to apply the changes. You can now easily copy data from multiple columns into any standard Monday.com board column, streamlining your workflow and saving time.
