GetSign Terms Of Use

Welcome to GetSign, a platform that provides a tool for creating documents for e-signature. These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the GetSign website and services (“Service”) provided by Jetpack Apps (“Company”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Service. This Agreement may be updated by the Company from time to time without notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Service Description

The Service allows you to create documents for e-signature. You may upload your own documents, or use templates provided by the Service. The Service will guide you through the process of creating the document, including adding necessary signatures, dates, and other required information.

3. Electronic Signatures

The Service complies with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign Act”) and any other applicable laws regarding electronic signatures. You acknowledge and agree that the use of electronic signatures and the Service is at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials contained therein, including but not limited to the Company’s trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Intellectual Property”), are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of the Service or any Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service or this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any violation of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Tel Aviv, Israel, and the award shall be final and binding. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to

be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Service.

      11. Data Retention

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may retain your personal information and signed documents for up to 80 days after the completion of your transaction. Please note that we may not be able to comply with your request if we are legally required to retain the information or if it is necessary for our legitimate business purposes.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
