Reconnecting Your Tracking ID

If you’re experiencing an issue with your shipment status not refreshing on TrackMy, don’t worry. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to reconnect your tracking ID.

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Open the TrackMy board: To start, open the TrackMy board on your device.
  • Select the item you want to reconnect: On the board, locate the item for which you want to reconnect the tracking ID. Click on it to select it.
  • Re-enter the tracking ID: To reinitialise the connection, simply re-enter the tracking ID for the selected item.
  • Add one character and put back the original ID: If the previous step didn’t work, you can try adding one character to the tracking ID and then putting the original ID back to refresh the connection.
