Step 1: Install Mandatory Smart Column
Click the button below to install the Mandatory Smart Column.
Navigate to the board where you want to add the Mandatory Smart Column
Step 3: Add Mandatory Smart Column
Select the column where you want the Mandatory Smart Column to appear. Click the three dots (…) on the top right of the column header. From the dropdown menu, choose Column Extensions. Select the Mandatory Smart Column from the available options.
Step 4: Define the values to copy
Add Mandatory Columns: Choose the columns that must be completed.
Step 6: Set the Mandatory Smart Column Trigger
Select one of the following triggers to activate the Mandatory Smart column:
Status is changed to anything: Mandatory Smart Column will trigger when a column value is changed Item is moved to the restricted group: Mandatory Smart Column will trigger when item is moved to a restricted group
